Tuition Policy

Tuition is due at the first lesson of each month. This is ESSENTIAL for Maestro Minds to be able to continue functioning during the Covid-19 health crisis.

We accept cash, check, Paypal (, and Venmo (@Mia-Szumetz) as payment options. As of August 1, we are no longer receiving payments through physical mail.

Your tuition MUST be paid at your child’s first lesson or rehearsal each month.

If we do not receive your payment at your child’s first lesson of the month, you will be charged a $10 late fee. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Also, we do not prorate tuition for missed lessons, you are entitled to 1 make up lesson per semester when you give your instructor 2 weeks notice of the missed lesson due to a prior engagement/doctor/dentist appointment/vacation etc. Your lessons are your instructor’s livelihood and your lesson slot is set aside for your child and your child only on the monthly basis and therefore you are committing to the responsibility of your child’s tuition in full each month.
